The Contract will relate only to those Products we dispatch. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products that may have been part of your order until their dispatch.
6. Availability and Delivery
You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited and that pricing may change at any time without notice. DTS will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee stock availability.
If Goods are no longer available after you have placed an order, DTS will notify you, and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.
We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect product descriptions, availability, purchase prices, and delivery charges. However, should there be any errors on the Website, DTS shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or expense related to a transaction based on such errors. If an incorrect purchase price is displayed, DTS will refund you any amount already paid, or as set out in the Returns Policy.
DTS aims to deliver Goods as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). If we are unable to deliver within this period, we will notify you, and you may choose to cancel your order for a refund.
DTS’s obligation to deliver a product is fulfilled when we deliver it to the address nominated by you. DTS is not responsible for loss or unauthorized use of a product after it has been delivered to the specified address.
If a delivery is returned as undeliverable, we will request that you arrange to collect it or have it re-delivered. If uncollected within six months, we reserve the right to dispose of, donate, or resell the contents.
