Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Your order will typically arrive within 2 to 14 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service used.
Delivery Partners
- Local Orders (South Africa): Dispatched via BobGo.
- International Orders: Dispatched via FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express.
Delivery Costs
South Africa
- Courier fees are calculated at checkout based on size and weight.
- If you are located far outside a main centre, delivery may be made to a collection point near you (e.g. Postnet).
International Shipping
- International shipping costs are determined based on size and weight and are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping fees do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be levied by the destination country.
Taxes and Import Costs (International Orders)
If your delivery address is outside South Africa, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges must be borne by you. Customs policies and tax rates vary widely, and we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Certain products, such as customized items, batteries, and special-order products, may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact Us – Email ho@dtssecurity.co.za with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval – If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Shipping the Return – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Inspection & Refund – Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
